It is our special series early harvest cold pressed extra virgin olive oil obtained from the olives of our high-altitude gardens on the cool mountain slopes of the North Aegean. It stands out with its intense fruitiness, strong aroma, and characteristic structure.
We collect our olives before they fully ripen, in the September–October period; after the harvest, we process them using the cold press method. The intense flavor of Mountain Air is the result of a meticulous production process where an average of 12 kg of olives are processed for 1 liter of olive oil.
As an Organic Agriculture Entrepreneur, the Mountain Air series is a reflection of the care we show to the soil and our trees in our high-altitude gardens.
It can be consumed safely thanks to its low acidity value and antioxidant structure with natural polyphenols it contains. All analyses have been performed; it does not contain pesticides.
Its aromatic structure evoking mountain flowers, wild herbs, and light spicy tones offers a characteristic early harvest experience with its intense fruitiness, balanced bitterness, and long, elegant finish.
