Our olive oil obtained by collecting from our ripened olives in November-December from our gardens in the Ayvalık Gömeç region.
Produced by pressing the collected olives shortly after [harvest] at a temperature lower than 27 degrees using high technology, untouched by human hands and without exposure to air, in a way that preserves its high aroma. During this process, nutritive and volatile components were preserved in the best way.
Intensity: Sensory-wise, it belongs to a milder group.
Variety : The Ayvalık category carries mild characteristic features.
Tasting notes: Contains notes of green almond, almond, freshly cut grass, tomato, artichoke.
Usage conditions for your olive oil to preserve its flavor for a longer time:
- Use by transferring to a dark-colored glass bottle.
- Store in a cool place away from sunlight.
- Avoid prolonged contact with air. Do not pierce the tin.
- It may freeze in the cold; thawing does not affect its quality.
