It is our high-aroma olive oil obtained by pressing the collected olives shortly after [harvest] at a temperature lower than 27 degrees using high technology, untouched by human hands and without exposure to air, in a way that preserves its high aroma. During this process, nutritive and volatile components were preserved in the best way.
Bitterness, pungency, which are accepted as positive attributes of olive oil and felt intensely in early harvest olive oils, and dominant fruitiness possess a richness of phenolic components and antioxidant properties.
In these oils described as “Flawless”, the taste, smell, and vitamins in the olive fruit are present without being lost.

- You can use it with peace of mind at breakfast, in salads, and in cold/hot dishes.
- Adding very little olive oil in the first stage of cooking in hot dishes, and adding the desired amount onto the dish after cooking is finished, ensures you benefit much more from the vitamins and antioxidants within the olive oil.
Usage conditions for your olive oil to preserve its flavor for a longer time:
- Use by transferring to a dark-colored glass bottle.
- Store in a cool place away from sunlight.
- Avoid prolonged contact with air. Do not pierce the tin.
